Return Policy

At Applied Home Healthcare Equipment, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to make sure you have a seamless experience when it comes to returns. Here is how you can request a return:

1. Ask Us for an RMA Number

If it has been 30 days or less since you received your item, please reach out to us for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization). Most products that meet the criteria mentioned in section 3 can be credited. Some items may require a restocking fee, and some special-order items and medical devices may not be eligible for return.

We kindly ask you to reach out to us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items. Without prior approval, we will not be able to accept your return. Just give our friendly customer service team a call at 888-327-7301 or send an email to orders@applied-inc.com to request your RMA number.

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return, and the RMA will be valid for 30 days after its issued. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns after this 30-day period.

2. Ship it back with RMA number on the Outside of the Box and the RMA in Paper Inside

Please return all items with the RMA number written on the outside of the box, with a copy of the RMA inside the package.

All returns need to be shipped F.O.B. destination, which means that the return shipping costs are your responsibility. To ensure the safe return of the items, we recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking.

3. Receive Credit
To qualify for a credit on your account, the returned items should meet these criteria:

  • They should be in brand new condition.
  • They must be unopened, free of damage, and free from any contamination.
  • Items returned for reasons other than issues on our end (as determined by Applied Home Healthcare Equipment) might be subject to minor restocking charges.
