Per GAWDA and CGA, as of April 30, 2025 shipments of this special permit cylinder are not allowed until the DOT renews the special permit. This cylinder is commonly identified as the lightweight steel E-size and is used across our medical, industrial, and specialty gas segments. While the DOT anticipates that Worthington will renew the permit, alternative options will be considered if that does not occur.

The FDA is now accepting 2024 drug amount reports, due by March 31, 2025, as required under section 510(j)(3) of the FD&C Act. Reports must cover the amount of each listed drug manufactured, prepared, or processed for commercial distribution.
