I’m a patient. Can I buy my oxygen and oxygen related products from you?

Applied Home Healthcare Equipment expertise is only on a business to business level, and the company and its affiliates only sells, services or otherwise gives technical information or advice to home healthcare dealers. We can't answer any questions for you because we aren't allowed to legally, and we also do not sell our products to anyone other than home care companies.  Your best bet is to contact your local oxygen provider. 

How do I contact customer service?

We are available by phone, toll free 888-327-7301 from 8am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday and email at any time.

How do I place an order?

You may place an order directly online using our secure site, by phone at (888) 327-7301 during normal business hours, via email at orders@applied-inc.com or via fax at (440) 306-1482. Upon receipt of an online order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, shipping charges and payment method.

How do I make a payment?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Providers may request pricing and terms by filling out our rapid credit application.

When do you ship?

We ship Monday through Friday. All in stock orders placed will ship within 1-3 business days. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship orders via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified or the product is too large. We can ship via FedEx or US Mail upon request, or via a requested carrier or agent for international orders. Next Day delivery and UPS Second Day delivery are available at an additional charge.

What is your duty payment policy?

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
The shipper/exporter/manufacturer clears the goods for export and is responsible for making them available to the buyer at the named place of destination, not cleared for import. The seller assumes all responsibilities for delivering the goods to the named place of destination. The buyer assumes all responsibility for import clearance, duties, administrative costs, and any other costs upon import as well as transport to the final destination.

What is your return policy?

If it has been 30 days or less since you received your item, please reach out to us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Some items may require a restocking fee, and some special-order items and medical devices may not be eligible for return. Click here to view our full return policy.

What if my product is damaged during shipment?

If you haven’t already, let the delivery driver know that the box is damaged-then give us a call and we can solve your problem! (888) 327-7301. (Didn’t get a chance to tell the delivery driver your box was damaged? Don’t worry. Give us a call and we can still help.) Please call us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged shipment.

I have an issue with my order. Can you fix it?

Yes! Call us or email us within 30 days of receipt and we can help!

What if the product is defective?

In the event that you receive a defective product, please contact customer service at 888-327-7301 within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) for return.

Can I have a photo or logo to use for advertising?

Applied Home Healthcare Equipment's products and logos are available for use by our customers for promotional purposes. Please contact marketing@applied-inc.com or by phone at 888-327-7301 for the images you need.

Where do you get your regulatory and technical information?

The information contained on this website, company literature or given to users by company personnel was obtained from sources believed to be reliable and is based on technical information and experience currently available from the FDA, DOT, industry associations and others.  However,  Applied Home Healthcare Equipment and its affiliates make no guarantee of the results and assume no liability or responsibility in connection with the information, suggestions or products herein contained.

Do you have rain checks? 

If we run out of stock, we can not issue a rain check. So it's best to order as soon as you can! Pricing or any special offers advertised on this website, company literature or communicated by company personnel are subject to change without notice, and can be discontinued at any time.

Yesterday I saw a price on your website/mailer/email — now it's different. Can I have the special price?

In the event you missed telling us about a coupon code at the time of your order, if you let us know within 24 hours of your order, we can extend the discounted price to you.
