Regulatory bodies require that home care providers have a set of written policies and procedures (SOPs) and that they follow those procedures. Every agency requires different topics and procedures to be written in these policies. These agencies could be FDA, DOT, Accreditation, OSHA Accreditation bodies, and State Boards.
