FDA Electronic Registration Renewal

One time FDA Electronic Registration Renewal submitted between October 1st and December 31st, expires the next calendar year on December 31st.

Applied will submit the following required documents through the FDA's secure gateway via compliant .xml file, as required by the FDA: Annual establishment registration renewal including any name, address or contact changes and annual drug listing requirement including any changes in information. Your registration also includes a digital certificate from Applied to show to accreditors your registration has been completed.
